An ESC as an Apprentice

An Apprenticeship is a method of training that has many advantages for students:

  • Proper professional experience.
  • Freedom from course fees for every year of the apprenticeship course followed.
  • Remuneration.
  • In most cases, an offer of employment in the host company.

In school, the apprentice follows the same courses as the other students and must meet the same academic requirements. In the company, he/she is a fully-fledged salaried employee and carries out tasks in line with his/her training.
