Creating a business

At ESC Montpellier, any student with a project for creating a business can, at any time during his/her course, in France or abroad, join the ‘Entrepreneur J’ scheme; a School-based organisation providing support for his/her business venture whilst continuing his/her studies.

The ‘Entrepreneur J’ scheme has a three-fold objective :

• to introduce each student to the process of company creation or take-over
• to provide business set-up or takeover support
• to provide support for up-and-coming entrepreneurs until their business is created or takeover completed.

Teaching support provided combines the phases of introduction to incorporation or company takeover (lectures), individual follow-up of project players and project evaluation.
