Adapting to the job market

In order to guarantee the employability of its graduates, the school prepares ‘universally-skilled specialists for one of many corporate positions’.

A solid grounding in universal skills, considered a priority, is aimed at preparing students for an enduring professional career. This aspect of the qualification is secured through training in the main disciplines of management, both in France and abroad, supported by numerous ‘personal and professional development programmes’.

Consequently, the ‘universal skills programme’ contains courses, lectures, strictly defined assignments, corporate projects, association-based work, as well as work placements varying in duration and content. Together, all these consolidation elements contribute to the development of the student’s behavioural qualities, his/her sense of civil responsibility as a future manager as well as his/her technical and managerial skills.

Professional specialisation takes place in the final year of study over a period of two to six months and is followed by a specialisation placement of a minimum of six months. Specialisation is aimed at facilitating graduates' entrance to the job market. The institution proposes 33 areas of specialisation referred to as professional specialisation programmes.

82% of graduates of this programme are recruited before they have actually obtained their qualification, for the most part to permanent contracts and in managerial positions.
