ESC Montpellier maintains close and diversified links with French and international institutions in the fields of research, consultancy and training.
Partnerships with French institutions
ESC has on numerous occasions in the past worked with member establishments of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE) and the Chapitre des Ecoles de Management, as well as with the Conférence des Directeurs des Grandes Ecoles d'Ingénieurs et de Gestion du Languedoc-Roussillon (CODIGE) on both national and regional level.
Furthermore, ESC is developing wide-ranging, authentic academic policies in the field of teaching and research, particularly with the Pôle Universitaire Européen de Montpellier.
In the field of training, institutional cooperation in respect of National Master Degrees (fr.DNM) has been established for the benefit of ESC students and Montpellier-based institutions.
In the field of research, agreements have been concluded with :
- L'Equipe de Recherche sur la Firme et l'Industrie (ERFI) attached to the Université Montpellier I – ISEM.
- Le Centre de Recherche en Gestion des Organisations (CREGO) attached to Université Montpellier II – IAE.
- Le Groupe en Sciences de l'Entreprise et des Marchés (GESEM ) attached to Université de Montpellier I.
Partnerships with international institutions
For over 10 years now ESC has been building up a network of contractual relations with 134 Partner Universities in 32 countries world wide, chosen for their support of ESC Montpellier’s objectives.
This network has been created around international agreements signed between ESC and partner international institutions, in particular as part of the SOCRATES ERASMUS Programme.
ESC's membership of the following major international associations has also contributed to build this network:
- Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB-International),
- European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD),
- Consejo Latino Americano de Escuelas de Administración (CLADEA),
- European Association for International Education (EAIE),
- International Trade and Finance Association (IT&FA),
- Conférence des Recteurs Principaux des Université du Québec (CREPUQ).
ESC's international partnerships are multi-faceted and include: student/lecturer exchanges, common qualifications, organisation of international demonstrations.
