Teaching based on talent

The ESC Montpellier programme has three objectives : to impart knowledge, develop expertise and bring out personality.

In order to ensure its students benefit from the most up-to-date knowledge, ESC Montpellier has put together a team of high-level lecturer-researchers with a mission to both pass on knowledge, using their teaching skills, and to generate knowledge through their research. Apart from their teaching engagements, many of these individuals are involved in laboratory-based research programmes both in France and abroad.

In order to concentrate on developing expertise, the lecturer body is made up of men and women who combine talent with academic and business excellence. Rich in professional experience, lecturer-researchers and external corporate lecturers bring their practical corporate ideas into the classroom, sharing the benefit of their experience.

Lecturers are also involved in developing expertise : individual student support during business activities (placements, projects etc.) or academic performance, in situ or abroad, forming an integral part of the lecturer body’s role.
